Pricing & Refund Policy

This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. What you buy

One AI song, made to order and sung in the voices of the people you record.

Full song	Full-length song with AI vocals converted to your singers' voices (MP3 320 kbps, usually 1–4 minutes)
Instrumental	The same song without vocals (MP3 320 kbps, full length)
Revisions	Up to 3, requested within 90 days of the last delivery. Each revision is delivered as a new version.
Delivery	Download links are emailed to the address you give at checkout. Links work for 7 days; you can request a fresh email anytime from My Music.
Shorts	Only if every singer agrees separately, we post a roughly 30-second section chosen by AI as a YouTube Short on our official channel. The full song is never published.

The price shown is the total you pay; there are no shipping or other added fees from us. USD payments can be made with internationally issued cards or PayPal; KRW payments with cards and Korean payment methods. Any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees are set by your card issuer or PayPal. Refunds are made in the original currency and amount.

3. Production time

Production starts as soon as your payment is approved. Most songs are delivered within tens of minutes; it can take longer when we are busy or when quality checks require a remake. You can follow progress under My Music. If we haven't delivered within 3 business days of payment, you may request a full refund.

4. Cancellations and refunds

This product is custom-made digital content produced individually from your voices, lyrics and requests. Under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, once production has started you cannot cancel for a change of mind. We tell you this and ask for your agreement before you pay.

Because the song is AI-generated, tone, pronunciation and melody may differ from what you imagined. These differences are not defects and are handled through revisions (up to 3).

Refunds are made by cancelling the original payment within 3 business days of confirming the refund. Your card issuer or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.
